BIY Recipes app for iPhone and iPad

Following on from the incredible success of Neff’s Bake it Yourself (BIY) campaign, Neff are excited to announce the launch of The BIY Recipes app. Available for iPhone and iPad free of charge, the BIY Recipes app is packed full of inspiring dishes and ingenious features to help make baking even more enjoyable


Users can bake their way through a stunning selection of indulging desserts, beautiful breads, sumptuous starters and mouth-watering mains. The BIY Recipes app contains a host of exclusive Neff* recipes from sublime apple soufflé and gorgeous gruyere tartlet, to succulent and spicy lamb shanks with baked dhal and a delightful salmon, pea and dill flan. Regular updates will include exclusive recipes for users to try throughout the year and specially selected recipes created by our BIY fans that have been tried and tested.

Further seasonal recipe packs will be available to buy as in app purchases from 69p and will contain a wide selection of inspirational dishes themed for special dates and occasions. The first of these - the Winter Warmers recipe pack is already available and offers a selection of delicious hearty meals for chilly evenings. Simply download the app and select from the Extras section to get baking hearty, warming winter dishes.

BIY Recipes lets users search for dishes by course, cuisine, difficulty rating, ingredients, alphabetical order and also by how highly other users rate each recipe –allowing users to create dishes tailored to specific events, dates or tastes.

Once the desired recipe has been chosen, users can select the ‘cooking mode’ option, which automatically scrolls through the recipe in stages – avoiding the risk of sticky finger prints on the iPhone or iPad screen. Neff has also incorporated an innovative advanced cooking timer to guide bakers through each stage of the recipe, ensuring every step is perfectly scheduled.

Users can also favourite top recipes for future reference and add ingredients to a virtual shopping list, making supermarket trips more efficient.
